The cost to be nice and supposedly perfect, is very high, since there are easy ways but life at stake, this cost is not numeric, can be deciphered through letters: anorexia, bulimia. Vigorexia, etc…
These disorders cause them to lose weight and most importantly self-worth. On this last point, though unseen, is the most important as we become slaves of a body that never see either more we want.
